Meet Our Team

DR JOHN ELLAGeneral Practitioner
Dr. Ella has over 25 years of experience working in hospitals and practices. His special interests include skin cancer, minor surgical procedures, and emergency health. He graduated with Honours from the University of Newcastle in 1996 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr. Ella also worked for the Royal Flying Doctor Service for a number of years in remote communities throughout Australia.
DR ERIN CARROLLGeneral Practitioner
Dr. Carroll is a dedicated General Practitioner with a passion for women’s health. Graduating with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2013, she completed her internship at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and gained extensive experience in the Northern Territory within remote communities. Dr. Carroll specialises in IUD insertions, pregnancy options, menopause consultations, and general health needs for women and children.
JULIA HASTIEPsychologist
Julia has experience as a psychologist working in various settings for over 20 years. She specialises in taking a person-centred approach to therapy, utilising evidence based therapies including the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy.
SHARRONPractice Nurse
Sharron is our Registered Nurse and has worked in healthcare for many years across a variety of settings. She values the importance of patient centred care and enjoys working with the team to ensure that our patients are receiving the best care possible.
ELIZAPractice Manager
Eliza is our full time practice manager. With over 5 years of experience working in administration within General Practice, Eliza brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She divides her time between front reception and the behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

MARGARETPractice Manager
Margaret is our part time practice manager. Margaret is a valued long term member of the team who has been with the clinic for over four years. Margaret is always happy to assist you in a professional and caring manner with appointment bookings and any queries you may have.

RUBYMedical Receptionist
Ruby is a welcoming face at reception, known for her kindness and genuine care for every client. Dedicated to ensuring everyone feels valued and supported, she is always ready to assist, helping to create a enjoyable experience for all patients.

Psychology

Areas covered include Depression Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Ddisorder (PTSD), Couple Therapy, Stress Management, Grief and Loss, Life Transition and Life Adjustment issues, Self-esteem and Self-development Carer Support and health-related problems.

General Practice

Including Skin Checks, Skin Cancer Surgery and General Medical Treatment, Men and Women’s health, Minor surgical procedures and joint injections, Antenatal shared care, ECG Heart Checks, Spirometry, Employment medicals, Travel medicine, Smoking cessation advice and other health services.

Skin Cancer

Dr Ella has undertaken further training in the treatment of skin cancer. He is able to provide a comprehensive skin check and give the most up to date information on skin protection. Dr Ella holds qualifications in the assessment, diagnosis, removal, treatment and follow up of skin cancers.
